Paula teaches from the heart, rooted in the tradition of Ashtanga and inspired by the students she guides. She is dedicated to offering yoga instruction that is accessible to everyone.
Yoga can help increase mobility, balance and overall fitness as well as reduce stress and tension. Session may include a variety of physical postures, breathing techniques, guided relaxation and assisted stretching.
