Settling in to September Schedules


Tomorrow, I move my middle child to college, the oldest is living at home and still (sigh) registering for classes that start in 2 weeks, while the little one is gearing up for another year of high school and has already started her cross country season. My dear husband and son both coach high school volleyball, which is in full swing! It is an exciting time for everyone!

For me too! I am continuing to teach a growing number of private lessons at Rise Yoga and offering public classes at Dirty Feet Yoga in Cedarburg. (See Schedule Below)


I am pleased to add Ashtanga to my class offerings at Dirty Feet. I’ll be teaching Mysore style classes on Tuesday sand Thursdays 5:30 am and 7:30 am. I’ve listed two start times, but those familiar with the Mysore style know you may enter the room anytime between 5:30 am and 8:45 am, finishing by 9:15. If you are not familiar with this style, no worries! Drop in at 5:30 or 7:30 and I’ll explain everything!!


Led first 1/2 of primary will be held Sundays at 8am.


As you settle into your September schedule. I hope you will add in some yoga classes. It is important to schedule them- make time for you! Know how difficult it can be to balance work, family and wellness. I’ve been juggling the busy schedules of three kids for quite awhile.

Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 am -9:15am Ashtanga - Mysore


Wednesdays /Fridays

6am - 9am and 11: 30am - 3pm Private Lessons
